Abstract
Agreement of China ASEAN Free Trade Area (CAFTA) in 2010 and ASEAN Economic Community (MEA / AEC, ASEAN Economic Community) in 2015 became an opportunity and challenge for products by SMEs in Indonesia. To further increasing sales in SMEs products and creative industries Cirebon, West Java, Indonesia, an information and promotion media is needed to increase public fascinated. This research was collaboration between creative economic with educational technology science. The aims of this study to develop a draft model digital flashcard media based on QR-code as a media promotion and socialization to increasing of creativity economy and SMEs in Indonesia. In this study, authors expected that the public's interested in shopping from traditional markets will increase and purchasing power publics affected to sales increasing of products from SMEs. This research used Borg & Gall research and development procedure. This research is also important because it can be used as a standard implementation procedure in the implementation of the promotion and promotion of media development so that it can be developed using different media.
