Abstract
Based on 2017 Central Statistics Agency data, SMK is the biggest contributor to unemployment, namely 11.41% of total unemployment at all levels in Indonesia. Conclusions were obtained from the analysis as follows: (1) Teachers must master the science of drawing, estimating costs, time, quality and K3 in building construction, irrigation and transportation. Because so far students have only been taught in building construction so companies that have an irrigation and transportation sub-field cannot accommodate drawing graduates with software to work for them. (2) Teachers must motivate and explain to graduates how to draw with software how the work environment, the pressures that will be faced in the world of work and what they will do in the world of work. (3) The teacher must teach good and correct communication ethics and soft skills and the teacher keeps the authority as a teacher. (4) Teachers must keep up with software developments that are always up to date from time to time and also master the software. (5) Teachers must be able to use IT developments to add references and self-development. Keywords: Competitive Analysis of Productive Teachers, Drawing with Software, 21st Century Teacher Competence.
