Welcome to the ICOET 2022. The conference is organized by Universitas Negeri Padang, Indonesia. Trough this conference we provide the forum for the researchers, scientists, education practitioners, and students to present and share their innovative ideas in education and science

 

About Us

This event provides an opportunity for all to network, share ideas and present their research to a worldwide community. Discussion on the latest innovations, trends and practical concerns and challenges faced in these fields are also encouraged. We encourage the community of multinational researchers to share common experiences and discussions.Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, Online/Video Presentation are acceptable on the conference. Online presentation session will be arranged accordingly. Please contact the conference secretary for more information about Online/Video Presentation. To attend the conference, you can submit a full paper, or just as listener without any submission. All full papers sent for conference will be accepted through a double blind review process and will be published in related journal based on the topics.  The listeners can register directly without any submission. But also can attend all the technical session to share the experience and research result.

The International Conference of Educational Technology (ICOET) has been firstly held by the study program of educational technology, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Padang in collaboration with Graduate School Universitas Negeri Padang in 25 – 27 July 2019. The theme of the previous event was “The Trend of Digital Transformation in Education to Face Society 5.0” and invited Prof. Dr. Ismunandar (Dirjen Belmawa Indonesia), Prof. Dr. Paulina Pannen, M.Ls (Kemenristek Dikti, Indonesia), Prof. Dr. Abdul Rahim Hamdan (Malaysia) dan Wilfredo Herrera Libunao, M.Sc.Ph.D (Philipines) as the speakers. At the end, this seminar produced some proceedings published with Thomson Indexed. This year, the 2nd International Conference of Educational Technology (ICOET) will be held on 8 September 2021 with the theme “The Role of Educational Technology to Support the Changes of Educational Curriculum for Sustainable Development”. The speakers for this seminar are Prof. Dr. Alwen Bentri, M.Pd (Universitas Negeri Padang, Indonesia), Prof. Dr. Ahmad Johari Bin Sihes (Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia), Assoc. Prof . Dr. David Stein (Ohio state University Amerika Serikat), dan Dr. Benny Agus Pribadi, MA.(Universitas Terbuka, Indonesia).

A collegial meeting and international conference on technology of education, July 25-27, 2019.

A collegial meeting of educational technology program is an intraforum of the lecturers of educational technology department from various private and state universities throughout Indonesia to discuss and exchange information and knowledge regarding the newest development of educational technology world. This scientific agenda has been regularly conducted every year where Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) selected to be a host for year 2019. At the same time, UNP will also organise a 1st international conference on technology of education under the theme
"Engeging Education and Technology for Disruptive Generation in 4.0 Industrial Revolution Era" which will be expected to cover the issues of current digital technologies in nowadays education.
